Plain Stock Items

Unused plain (unprinted) stock items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition with proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receiving the return.

Custom-Printed Items

Custom-printed wristbands are made to order and are non-returnable unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at sales@ulizaevents.com or WhatsApp 0111 052 810 with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued via M-Pesa to the original payment phone number within 3 working days of the return being approved.
