What is the minimum order quantity?
Plain Tyvek wristbands start from 100 pieces. Custom-printed wristbands typically start at 100–500 pieces depending on the type. Each product page shows its exact minimum order quantity.
How much do wristbands cost in Kenya?
Plain Tyvek wristbands start from KES 6.50/pc on bulk orders of 20,000+. Fabric wristbands from KES 35/pc, glow bracelets from KES 20/pc. Prices drop as quantity increases — every product page shows the full bulk pricing table.
Do you offer same-day delivery in Nairobi?
Yes. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days qualify for express same-day delivery (KES 350). Standard shipping (KES 400) delivers in 1–2 working days. Delivery within Nairobi CBD is free.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes, we deliver countrywide across Kenya. Standard shipping takes 1–2 working days (printed orders 2–3 working days). International shipping is available on request.
How long does custom printing take?
Custom-printed orders require a production lead time of 2–5 business days after artwork approval. Plain stock items are dispatched the same or next business day.
Can I print my logo or event name on the wristbands?
Yes. We custom-print logos, event names, dates, sponsor branding, and sequential numbering on Tyvek, fabric, silicone, and plastic wristbands. Upload your artwork during checkout or send it to us on WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa and bank transfer. For large bulk orders, we can issue a formal invoice for company payments. Payment details are provided at checkout.
Which wristband type is best for my event?
Tyvek paper wristbands are best for one-day events. Fabric wristbands suit multi-day festivals and VIP access. Silicone wristbands are great for branding and giveaways, while RFID/NFC wristbands enable cashless payments. Glow products are perfect for night events.
Are your wristbands tamper-proof?
Yes. Tyvek wristbands use a one-time security adhesive closure, and fabric wristbands come with one-way locking sliders — once tightened, they cannot be removed without cutting.
Can I return or exchange wristbands?
Plain stock items can be returned within 7 days in original, unused condition. Custom-printed wristbands are non-returnable, but defective or incorrect items are replaced free of charge within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you supply hospital patient ID wristbands?
Yes. We supply write-on and printable hospital patient ID wristbands for adults, children, and infants used by hospitals and clinics across Kenya.
